Committed to staying current in an ever-changing industry, Kia regularly participates in IRS education, tax-law updates, and professional training to ensure her knowledge reflects current tax rules and professional best practices.

In addition to serving tax clients, Kia has trained hundreds of tax professionals and built and operated multiple tax offices. Her former trainees have gone on to open their own tax offices, work with tax offices in their communities, and build careers with national tax preparation companies such as H&R Block and Jackson Hewitt.
